This is an e-learning module aiming to help non-native English-speaking working professionals improve their spoken English fluency and confidence in professional settings, enabling them to communicate clearly and express themselves effectively during job-related tasks, including presentations, meetings, negotiations, and networking.

This scenario-based e-learning project was designed to inform adult learners of the manner in which to successfully conduct a virtual sales call. Learners will develop knowledge and abilities in the use of virtual collaboration tools, preparing for sales calls, dealing with real-time problem-solving, and creating a solid first impression during virtual sales interactions.

This project, a fictional case study, aimed to assist faculty in migrating courses from an external Learning Management System (LMS) to an internal one. I created an interactive accordion template, using HTML and CSS, and a usage guide to empower faculty to efficiently organize and present course content in a user-friendly manner within the internal LMS (Canvas Instructure).
